April 2nd - NEW UPIP - Programs & Services activities continued from last fiscal year activities
June 8-9th - NT NU CFC Annual General Meeting
- Tree of Peace Yellowknife, NT. DCFC will be sending delegates and the Executive Director to attend
June 21 - Aboriginal Day
- DCFC to assist with BBQ, traditional games and other events over the weekend celebration activities
June 25th - Last day for resumes
- DCFC will be hirig three youth for summer youth work
July 3rd - 1st Day of Summer youth work program
Summer youth workers orientation sessions, planning for summer activities and carry out all planned duties. This will include: office duties, odd job squad, landscaping & janitorial, painting, youth recreation programming, fundraising events, etc.
Monday to Friday - Open youth activities
- Youth regular activities include: cooking program, board games / Xbox games, movies, computer resource room & fitness centre. Irregular activities inlcude: youth meetings, outdoor activities (traditional skills development activities) and training workshops / information sessions.
July 14-17 NAFC Youth Forum in Lethbridge, AB.- DCFC's Youth rep to attend
July 16-19 NAFC AGM in Lethbridge, Ab. - DCFC's Delegates to attend
July to Aug - DCFC on the land programming dates TBA
